
✨ Healthy sandwich recipe: Curd based veggie + spinach sandwich 🥪✨ Recipe: 1. You can use raw spinach as well but I love it cooked. I have just sauteed some chopped and washed spinach in some olive oil with some finely chopped onion and garlic. Just add some salt and pepper and cook It for 4-5 mins in a pan. 2. For the curd and veggie mix, take 3-4 spoons of curd. Add chopped cucumber, onion, carrots, capsicum, tomatoes (or whatever veggies you like). 3. Add some salt, pepper, oregano/your fav herbs (I love parsley and basil too), some chilli flakes and a little bit of mint and roasted cumin or jeera powder. 4. Mix everything together. 5. On one side of the bread, spread some green chutney if available (optional). 6. Spread your curd veggie mix, top it up with your cooked spinach. 7. Add some lettuce if you have it! 8. Cook on both sides with some ghee in Japan or a sandwich maker. TADAAAA! I have used 100% whole wheat multigrain bread from @freshattbd
