A Saturday well spent with my girl — two besties, zero plans, and hearts wide open to wherever the day took us 🍂 From a winter walk around heritage New Market to pit stops at Chamba Lamba, florist lanes in full bloom, and sharing a Baadshah double mutton roll (because some classics are sacred). Wandered through Free School Street soaking in Christmas cheer, tiptoed into Saldanha Bakery hoping for a miracle queue — missed the chicken patties (again, because luck 😄) but came back with their legendary Christmas rich cakes and a few sneaked peeks 📸 Park Street called next — discovered The Lucky Tiger, a gorgeous Pan-Asian space that felt like a perfect blend of Tung Fong nostalgia and Peter Hu vibes. Signature cocktails, dimsums, seafood soup, steamed fish in ginger wine sauce… satisfied yet still craving something from our childhood. Enter: tutti fruti 🍨 Two hops, no luck — until BBQ saved the day. Two small portions, no sharing (because we don’t share desserts, ever 😌). Metro rides, auto rides, bags full, tummies fuller, hearts fullest. Laughter, giggles, deepest secrets and don’t-you-dare-tell ones too.
