In my opinion, the apology did not look convincing and felt more like damage control than genuine regret, especially because many people noticed attitude even during the apology. What makes the reaction more frustrating is that if a man had done the same thing, damaging someone’s vehicle publicly and creating such a scene, the response would likely have been much harsher, possibly with an immediate case and even jail.
