This guy in Banaras figured it out with a cart, a kadhai, and kachori that makes people stand in line at 7 AM. Lakad Kachori is the most famous street food in Varanasi. No marketing budget. No CRM. No Swiggy listing. Just sabji and kachori so good that the crowd becomes the marketing. I’ve reviewed 1900 restaurants and cafes in Bangalore. But this kachori wala in Banaras just gave me the best lesson in food business I’ve ever had. Best street food in India. No debate.
