🥗 “Salads are boring.” That’s exactly what I used to think that they are boring and never quite filling enough (because seriously, how filling can lettuce really be? 😅). But last year, I decided to give it a shot and tried making a couple of salad bowls on my own… albeit nothing fancy, just me experimenting in the kitchen. And to my surprise, they actually turned out kinda nice😄 but there is a thing with me.. I am not a pro at getting too creative with food..Once I run out of ideas, I’m done😅. Give me a proper recipe and I’m sorted. Fast forward to last month…I came across @wellthyfit_tanyaagarwal post about her “30 SALADS 30 STORIES” Ebook. And of course, I immediately messaged her asking for it (because 30 ready-to-go salad ideas? Count me in!!🤩 So far, I’ve tried two of her recipes…added my own little twist here and there and honestly, wow. Didn’t expect to feel this full, this satisfied, and this happy on a salad bowl..😀 Salads are like your personal canvas that you can mix, match, build, and season them exactly how you like. Whether you want to amp up the protein, play with different textures, or balance your macros, there’s always room to make it fun and flavorful.. And that’s exactly what @wellthyfit_tanyaagarwal did so beautifully in her eBook. She gave salads a whole new personality by making them vibrant, creative, and genuinely enjoyable and filling to eat. And honestly , I’m so glad she put this together for people like me who need a little inspiration when trying to get creative with their salads.. I mean 30 creative salads!
