When cleansing your face, make sure of following things: 1. Start your routine with clean hands! You don’t want to transfer the germs on your face. So first, wash your hands and then wash your face. 2. Don’t use hot water to rinse your face. It will damage your skin barrier. Lukewarm is ideal. 3. Pick the right cleanser! If after cleansing, your face feels dry or squeaky-clean, ditch that cleanser right now. 4. Double cleanse when needed. If you’re using your toner to remove the remaining makeup/dirt, double cleanse! 5. Try not to wash your face more than twice a day. It can damage your barrier. If for any reason you have to, don’t forget to moisturise well. 6. Don’t forget your neck, hairline, and side of the nose. . . . In the past, I have made few mistakes and two of them were: 🤭Picking cleansers that would make my skin squeaky clean 🤭Washing my face 3-4 times a day as it would get very oily; which also made me skip moisturiser. NIGHTMARE!
