Three weeks ago, I quit my 50 LPA Senior Manager role at Unilever. No backup plan. No safety net. Just a choice. People keep asking: “Do you regret it?” Not for a second. ITC and HUL gave me six incredible years—skills, exposure, discipline. I’m grateful for all of it. But I had to choose: build a great career, or build MY life. Somewhere along the way, those two stopped being the same. This isn’t anti-corporate. This isn’t advice to quit your job. This is just what happens when you step off the treadmill and let yourself breathe.
