From your last birthday to this one, life didn’t just move- it evolved. We explored 5 new countries, walked away from the comfort of corporate life, and chose to build something of our own- together. We changed cities, picked up habits that feel more us, and started showing up for our health, every single day. Somewhere along the way, we paused to reflect, to dream, and to map out what the next decade could look like. Grateful for everything we’re building, but even more for who we’re becoming in the process.
