#Easy vegetable tehri😍🤤 •In a frying pan, add 1½ tablespoons oil •To it, add ½ chopped carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 potato and 100 gm paneer •Sautè everything for about 3-4 minutes •After 3-4 minutes, transfer it in a plate •In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil •Add 2 bay leaves, 2 green cardamom, 2 cloves and 4 black pepper corns •Add ½ tablespoon cumin seeds •Add 1 chopped onion and sautè it for 3-4 minutes •Add 2 chopped green chillies •Add ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste and 1 chopped tomato •Cover everything and cook till tomato becomes mushy •Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder and ½ teaspoon cumin powder •Now, add sautèd veggies •Add soaked rice and water •Cover and cook for another 10 minutes •Yummy vegetable tehri is ready Enjoy! #foodiologylko #reel #video #tehri #pulao #yummy
