Easy home-made pizza🍕 •For the dough, in a bowl, add 1 cup warm water. •To it, add 1 teaspoon refined flour and 1 teaspoon sugar. •Mix sugar in water and add 2 teaspoon of active yeast. •Cover the beaker for about 5-7 minutes and after that the yeast will tend to rise. •To it, add 2 cups of refined flour. •Now, make a soft dough out of it using adequate amount of water and apply some oil. •Cover this dough and keep it in some dark place for about 2 hours. •After 2 hours, the dough will rise and become double it’s size. •Now, punch the dough in between and devide it into 2 equal halves. •Take 1 half of the dough and spread it like a roti using your hand/belan. •Now, pizza base is ready. •Prick the base using a fork so that it doesn’t rise while baking. •Add pizza pasta sauce on the top. •To it, add some mozzarella cheese. •Add veggies of your choice. •Again add some cheese. •I’ve baked it in air fryer at 200° C for 8 minutes. •You can bake in oven or in kadhai. •Easy home-made pizza from scratch is ready.
