#easy Bhindi masala🤤 •In a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil •To it, add about 400gms of okra/bhindi cut like this •Fry the bhindi for about 3-4 minutes till the color changes •Now, in the same pan, again add 1-2 tablespoon oil •To it, add 1 large chopped onion and 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves •Sautè till golden brown •Once the onions get fry, add 1 chopped tomato and 2 slit green chillies •For the seasoning, add ½ tablespoon salt, ¼ tablespoon cumin powder, ⅛ tablespoon coriander powder, ⅛ tablespoon hing, ½ tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder •Add some water and let the tomato cook for about 6-8 minutes •Once the tomatoes cook, add fried bhindi •Cover and cook it for another 15-20 minutes •At the last, add ½ tablespoon dry mango powder and ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander •Bhindi masala is ready Enjoy! #foodiologylko #reels #explore #trending #viral #video #homecooking #madebyme #chef #cooking #easyrecipes #homemade #bhindi #bhindifry #masala #masalabhindi #veg #vegan #vegfood #india #indianfood #indianfoodie #indians #yummy #tasty
