While I was in Adelaide, I discovered the viral matcha flight that everyone’s been raving about and of course, I had to give it a try! 😍 You get to choose four different matcha flavours, which makes it such a great way to sample a variety. I went with: 🍑Peach tea-infused iced matcha 🍌House-made banana cream over iced matcha 🍫Dubai chocolate matcha with pistachio chocolate foam and kataifi 🍵Matcha tea I absolutely loved everything, but the banana cream matcha and peach tea matcha were clear standouts for me ❤️ The Dubai chocolate matcha was rich and indulgent — though the chocolate slightly overpowered the matcha, it was still an interesting combo. Matcha tea which is hot and perfect for the cold weather. We also tried The Earl Grey matcha which had a lovely, aromatic twist and quickly became another favourite 🤤 The matcha quality was excellent. Very smooth, earthy 💚 We also tried the gourmet toastie with batter-fried haloumi, and it was next level.
