Have you ever tried chestnut matcha or chestnut pancakes? Sounds a little unusual, right? But trust me, it works! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the chestnut matcha was, with the earthy matcha blending beautifully with the chunks of chestnut purée. The chestnut pancake, topped with chestnut cream and ice cream, was equally delightful-creamy, nutty, and indulgent 🤩 But the real standout for me was the tiramisu pancake which completely stole my heart. Oski’s pancakes in general are super jiggly, ultra-soft, and just melt in your mouth. The texture is spot on❤️ Their bingsu is also worth trying if you’re in the mood for something icy—even in cold weather (because who doesn’t crave ice at the weirdest times, haha). Overall, Oski Soufflé is perfect for a late-night dessert fix.
