For context I am 36 years old, How old does my skin look ? Tell me honestly in comments 👇 # Major change , I stopped using over the counter mild acids like Aha/Bha serums. Over usage can damage your skin barrier # Started wearing Sunscreen even when I am indoors . Sun damage ages your skin faster than any other external factor. Those pigmentations you see , early signs of ageing. # Used a moisturizer everyday. I have combination skin, so I avoided creams for the fear of an oily T zone. But ended up drying my skin more and seeing ageing changes. A hydrated and nourished skin means lesser ageing signs. # Started a balanced meal plan with green leafy vegetables, cucumber and melons. Included collagen rich food like fish and chicken to my diet more regularly. What lifestyle changes would you incorporate for a good skin ?
