At its core, the novel explores a familiar yet timeless theme—high school love that resurfaces years later, reminding us that some emotions never truly fade. While the story is warm and engaging, the narrative does follow a somewhat predictable trajectory, and the characters could have benefited from stronger development and more layered arcs.
