
No Maida, No guilt - Choco chunks banana bread Ingredients- 2 medium banana 1/2 cup neutral oil 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup desikhand/ jaggery Blend above ingredients in blender to smooth paste 1 +1/2 cup wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Sift these dry ingredients and add wet ingredients in it and fold gently add milk if required Add 1/4 cup chocolate chunks Pour the batter in lined cake tin bake in preheated oven ( 10 minutes) 180c for approx 35-40 minutes .
