
Airfryer series-1 Ragi Banana cake Ingredients: * 1/2 cup ragi flour * 1/2 cup whole wheat flour * 2 ripe bananas (medium-sized) * 1/2 cup jaggery powder/ desi khand or brown sugar (adjust to taste) * 1/4 cup oil (any neutral oil like sunflower/coconut) * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp salt * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1–2 tbsp chopped nuts or choco chips (optional) 🥣 Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C 5 min Grease and line a loaf pan or small cake tin. 2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. 3. Add khandsari sugar and mix well until combined. 4. Stir in oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. 5. sift together: * Ragi flour * Wheat flour * Baking soda * Baking powder * Salt a pinch 6. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently – don’t overmix ( add milk 1 2 tbsp if required) 7. Fold in nuts or choco chips (optional). 8. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Tap to remove air bubbles. 9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 10. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 mins, then decorate with chocolate ganache/ chocolate syrup/ nuts / Chocochips & enjoy! #ragichocolatecake #fingermillet #millets #ragirecipes
