
What’s your 12am craving? 🤌🏻✨ Hummus recipe: 1. Tahini paste: Toast 2 tbsp of sesame seeds and then grind it and add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil and grind it again to make tahini paste. 2. In the same add 4-5 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp jeera powder, 1/2 tbsp salt (adjust as per your taste), 2 cup of boiled chickpeas (for extra creaminess remove outer covering of chickpeas), add 1/4 cup of chickpea water (you can use the same in which you have boiled). 3. Add 3-4 ice cubes and then blend it. Adjust with ice cubes if needed for your desired consistency. 4. Garnish with olive oil, red chilly powder and sesame seeds and enjoyyyyy.
