
The easiest way to satisfy your burger cravings!! 🤌🏻❤️ Crispy smashed burger recipe: 1. Take 2 boiled and grated potatoes. Add 1 t/ 2 tbsp red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder, 1 tsp black pepper and salt. Add green chillies and coriander. Give it a good mix and make round balls. 2. In a pan add oil and smash these potato balls using oiled bowl and cook it until cooked from both sides. Add a cheese slice and cover and cook 3. For caramelized onion, take 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil. Add pinch of salt and add shredded onion. Let it cook until you see them brown a little then add 2 tbsp water and cook them more until caramalised. 3. Heat both buns and add chipotle on one side and ketchup on another.
