16-year-old Class 10 girl in Champawat, Uttarakhand, got gang-raped on May 5. Her father found her at 4 a.m., cops rushed in, rushed her to the hospital. She’s stable but completely shattered. FIR is under POCSO, rape sections, the works. Protests are already exploding outside the police station.
