स्वान्तः सुखाय is derived from Sanskrit, where “Swantah” (स्वान्तः) means “oneself” or “own” and “Sukhaya” (सुखाय) means “for pleasure” or “for happiness”. The core idea is to attain inner contentment through anything you do and a desire to learn more, contribute or create, rather than external pressures or incentives. I have found yoga practice as the source of such contentment. 🔱🕉️ Yoga is not for perfection, it is not for Instagram aesthetics.
