“Wait… no Little Baghdad?!” Yup, I heard you loud and clear—after my shawarma episode dropped, the comments section exploded with one name: Little Baghdad in Kammanahalli, Bangalore. So I went back to try it again. And let’s talk about it. First off—their dips are unreal, the crinkle chips are ridiculously crunchy, and the Iraqi shawarma in that pillowy samoon bread? Absolute vibe. If we’re talking Arabian food in Bangalore with serious potential, this place brings the flavour. But why didn’t it make my Top 3 shawarmas in Bangalore? Well… the chicken was dry, the dine-in service was painfully slow (30 minutes for a single shawarma!), and by the time I got to the end of the roll, it was all bread and sauce. 😩 They were acing their online orders—but their dine-in guests felt like an afterthought. So no, Little Baghdad isn’t a bad place. It’s just not in my top 3. That said—if you’re into exploring halal food, kebabs, Arabian cuisine, and don’t mind a little wait for some wild dips and a great plate experience, it’s definitely worth a visit. Because let’s be real—eating out in Bangalore is all about trying, tasting, and telling the full story.
