Mutton stew.. !!! 😋 Bakreid + Garma Garam Mutton Stew = perfect combination 🤌🔥 Mutton Stew Recipe Ingredients: - 750 gm mutton - 3 onions (sliced) - 2 tomatoes (chopped) - 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste - 2 green chillies - 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds - 1/2 cup curd - 2 tbsp butter - Oil as required - Salt to taste - Water as required - Julienne ginger for garnish Whole Spices: - 2 bay leaves - 1 inch cinnamon - 3-4 cloves - 3 green cardamom - 1 tsp black pepper - sukhi laal mirch Spices Used: - 1 tsp turmeric - 1 tbsp red chilli powder - 1 tbsp coriander powder - 1 tbsp Nandi Meat Masala Method: 1. Heat oil and add all the mentioned whole spices. 2. Add onions and cook till golden. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and mutton, then bhuno well for few minutes. 4. Add curd, crushed coriander seeds and all the spices. Mix properly. 5. Add salt and water, close the cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles. 6. In another pan, heat butter and green chillies. 7. Add the cooked mutton from cooker and bhuno again with tomatoes. 8. Finish with chopped ginger and green chillies. Serve hot with naan, rumali roti or rice.
