Aloo Korma 🤩✨️ Made with Nandi spices ❤️ Especially Nandi Sabzi Masala — pure and preservatives free Follow - @nandi.foods Ingredients - 4 boiled potatoes - 2 onions - 5–6 garlic cloves - 1 inch ginger - 10–12 cashews - 3 tbsp curd - 1 tsp Nandi Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Nandi Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Nandi Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Nandi Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala - Salt to taste - Cumin seeds - Fresh cream - Kasuri methi - Fresh coriander - Oil Method Mix boiled potatoes with salt, Nandi Turmeric Powder and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, then shallow fry until golden. In the same pan, fry onions, garlic, ginger and cashews. Let it cool slightly, then blend with curd into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and the onion-curd paste. Add Nandi Coriander Powder, Nandi Chilli Powder, Nandi Sabzi Masala, garam masala and a little Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Add the fried potatoes and some water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
