Wholesome laapsi 🤍 Made with Nandi premium daliya — fibre rich & satisfying Order now - https://qr.link/jcV5TW 🥣 Ingredients (2–3 servings) 1 cup daliya (Nandi premium daliya) 2 tbsp desi ghee 2 tbsp mixed dry fruits (badam, kaju, kishmish) 2.5 cup paani (cooking ke liye) ¾ cup gud (jaggery) 1 cup paani (gud melt karne ke liye) ½ tsp elaichi powder 🍲 Method Dry fruits roast karo Kadhai me 2 tbsp ghee garam karke dry fruits ko lightly roast karke side me nikaal lo. Daliya bhuno Usi ghee me 1 cup daliya daal ke medium flame par bhuno jab tak halka golden aur aromatic ho jaye. Cook karo Ab 2.5 cup paani daal ke isse cooker me 2–3 seeti tak paka lo, taaki daliya soft ho jaye. Gud syrup banao Alag pan me ¾ cup gud ko 1 cup paani me melt karke smooth syrup bana lo. Combine karo Cooked daliya me gud ka syrup daal ke medium flame par 4–5 min tak pakao jab tak mixture thicken na ho jaye. Finish Elaichi powder aur roasted dry fruits daal ke mix karo.
