What happened after papa left? From lighting diyas with papa .. to lighting a candle in his name on diwali .. life changed.. From dressing up on Diwali for hours to look like papa’s princess .. to not wanting to dress up at all .. life changed.. From decorating the whole house like a sky full of stars to wanting to sit alone in dimmed lights in my bedroom .. life changed .. From running around the whole house with chhin chhin wale payal to not wanting to get out of my room .. life changed .. From Mumma complaining to papa about how I take hours to get ready and how papa spoils me all the time .. to mumma forcing me today to dress up atleast a little bit for papa’s happiness from wherever he’s watching us.. life changed.. From Mumma making amazing mithaais and farsans for Diwali and going around the house with a smile that lightened up our lives , to mumma weeping silently .. life changed .. From hugging papa all the time .. to wishing for him to come in my dreams and hug me .. life changed.. From Papa calling me his Lakshmi to me calling myself fatherless now .. life changed.. From Papa giving us Shagun ke lifaafe and gifts on Diwali .. to us giving each other water while we cried ..life changed .. From Aryan getting annoyed with how I clicked so many selfies to him convincing me to click 1 picture of me today .. life changed .. From smiling with shiny bright eyes .. to faking a smile with teary eyes .. my life changed .! I changed ! But papa , aap yahi ho .. ❤️ i know .. ❤️ you’ll never leave your “premaad daayi mithudi foramdu” alone ❤️
