Barbecue Nation Style Crispy Corn 🌽 I love Crispy corn from Barbecue Nation, this is a fire cracker appetiser which is spicy n crunchy. Once you master the recipe it’s very easy to make. Try and follow the below recipe. Ingredients: Sweetcorn Water Salt Oil Pepper powder All purpose flour Corn flour Chilli powder Chat masala Onion Coriander leaves Process : 1. Boil the sweetcorn and let it cool down 2. Add salt, pepper powder, corn flour, all purpose flour and coat the sweetcorn 3. Deep fry the coated corn, for better results double deep fry the corn 4. In a bowl add chilli powder, chat masala and salt and mix . Add this mix to the fried corn and mix well. 5. Add chopped onions and coriander.
