Masala Fish Fry 🐟 To all the sea food lovers, this fish fry just comes under 20 minutes with simple Ingredients. Do try it and let me know how it turned out ! Ingredients required : Fish 🐟 Salt 🧂 Lemon 🍋 Chilli powder 🌶️ Coriander powder Garam masala Turmeric powder Curry leaves 🍃 Ginger Garlic paste 🫚 🧄 Oil Process : 1. Clean the fish with salt and keep it aside 2. For marination, add turmeric, Chilli, Coriander powder, Garam masala , Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon and Oil. Mix everything well. 3. Coat the fish with masala and refrigerate it for 30 minutes 4. After 30 minutes, heat the oil in a pan, add Curry leaf and Marinated Fish on it. 5. Fry on both sides , until the fish is cooked completely 6.
