
Egg Shakshuka (High-Protein)🍗 Warm, comforting and packed with protein ✨ This one feels indulgent but is actually simple and balanced. Ingredients (1 serving) • Eggs – 3 • Onion (finely chopped) – 2–3 tbsp • Tomato (finely chopped or crushed) – ½ cup • Olive oil – 1 tsp • Salt – to taste • Black pepper – ¼ tsp • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp • Maida-free toasted bread – 1–2 slices Method 1️⃣ Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until soft. 2️⃣ Add tomatoes and cook until slightly thick and saucy. 3️⃣ Add salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder.
