
Tempting Taco Wrap (PCOD-Friendly)🌸 High-protein, gluten-free and honestly so satisfying ✨ This one feels indulgent but is still balanced and filling. Ingredients (1 serving) For the tikki filling • Boiled chickpeas – ½ cup • Paneer (small cubes) – ¼ cup • Onion – 2 tbsp • Green chilli – ½ tsp • Dhaniya (coriander) powder – ½ tsp • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp • Salt – to taste For wrapping • Gluten-free roti – 1–2 small • Olive oil – 1 tsp • Homemade sauces of choice (curd-based / mint / chilli) Method 1️⃣ Add boiled chickpeas, paneer cubes, onion, and green chilli into a chopper. 2️⃣ Add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, and salt. 3️⃣ Grind everything together until well combined (slightly coarse texture works best). 4️⃣ Shape the mixture into flat tikkis. 5️⃣ Heat a non-stick tawa, add 1 tsp olive oil, and place the tikki on it. 6️⃣ Immediately place the roti on top of the tikki and gently press so it sticks together. 7️⃣ Flip carefully, once golden, it becomes a taco-style wrap. 8️⃣ Add your homemade sauces inside, fold, and serve warm 🌮 Protein-rich, gluten-free, and keeps me full for hours 🤍 Saving this for myself - sharing in case it helps you too. #pcod #pcodjourney #highproteinmeals #glutenfreerecipes #healthyindianfood
