First to put it on , then to take it off! 👙 Here’s some suggestions that might help you choose the right Sports Bra for those intense gym sessions or just a breezy walk: ⬇️ Here’s what I use: 1. High Impact Activity: @victoriassecretindia and @lululemon. They are on the expensive side, but it is an investment 💵. Broad bands at the back, front closure, fuller cups reduces bounce, no spillage on the sides and gives great support. ❤️ 🔥 2. Medium to Low Impact Activity- @nike Their Bold/ Alate/ Indy bras are very comfortable but definitely could do with bigger cup sizes for Indian Women. 🚶‍♀️ 🏋️‍♂️ 3. Low Impact activities like Walking/ Stretching/ Pilates/ Yoga: @victoriassecretindia Light impact bras/ Feather weight bras give full coverage, back closure, broad bands for support and comfort. 🧘‍♂️ 🙆🏻‍♀️ Tell me if you have tried Indian Brands for fuller busts👇 And you want me to give it a shot.
