The plan is still under discussion, but some regions are already preparing for 10 kg refills in the same cylinder size. For consumers, this means cylinders may finish faster and refills could become more frequent. Billing is expected to match the actual quantity supplied, not the full 14.2 kg. This move is aimed at ensuring more households get access to gas during shortages. But it could also create confusion if people feel they are receiving less than expected. A supply crisis does not always increase prices first. Sometimes, it quietly reduces quantity.
