Back story ⬇️ Please Read 😇🙏🏻 I had a train at 9 PM, and the railway station was 12 km away. So at 8 PM, I took this auto… on a pitch-dark road in Kerala. Halfway through the ride, I realised I probably made a mistake. I could have just reached the station 2 hours early and waited in the waiting room instead of taking this ride. It was extremely dark, there was no signal, and my flash and camera were on the entire time. I had already shared my live location with my family, otherwise I would’ve been on call with my husband/dad And trust me… the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra was running in my head the whole ride. 🥹🕉️ But towards the end, the auto driver spoke kindly and said, “You look like my daughter.” That one sentence made me feel a little safer. Kerala is safe, but please try to avoid late-night rides like this when you’re alone.
