Creamy Red Chicken Curry with Farm fresh chicken by @zestameats 😋😋 . Recipe- 400 gm chicken curry cut from Zeasta meats 2 onion 2 tomatoes 5-6 red chillies 7-8 almonds and 7-8 cashews Garlic Ginger Chicken masala Turmeric Coriander powder Jeera powder Kasuri meethi Coriander Salt . Prepare the creamy red paste - saute onion, tomato, red chillies, ginger, garlic, cashwe and almonds very well and make a thick creamy paste using mixer Marinate chicken - As i ordered chicken from zeasta meats available on blinkit it was clean and super fresh so i had to just wash it once and added salt and turmeric. Make the Chicken Curry - Saute some onion add ginger garlic paste - the add the chicken mix well and cover and cook till chicken turns white. Then add all the masalas mentioned above - and mix well again cook for 5 mins - then add the creamy red paste and mix well add water according to the consistency you need. Cook the chicken well till the oil separate and then add kasuri meethi and coriander.
