Spicy Egg Rice Recipe ♥️ This rice recipe is super easy to make, healthy and wholesome. This egg rice is a perfect idea for tiffin recipe . ✅Recipe for sauce - Gochujang paste - dark soy sauce. Vinegar, chilli oil, siracha sauce . ✅Recipe for rice - ✅Heat oil - break 2-3 eggs and start to scramble them, then add some salt and chilli flaxes to it for seasoning. Once done keep it aside ✅Take the same pan- heat oil - add ginger and garlic - then add onion and sautee them - once done add capsicum and saute them - at this point you can add more veggies - add mixed herbs,chilli flaxes and salt for seasoning ✅Then add the scrambled egg made - mix everything well cook for 5 mins ✅Then add the prepared sauce and let everything cook again for 5mins - once done add the cooked rice/ leftover rice ( i made it a bit sticky that taste too good) ✅Mix everything well together and keep a lid and let it cook for 5mins ✅Serve it hot with some more chilli oil on the top . .
