We need our me time and we need to fill our cup in order to take care of others and to cope up with our daily routine 1. One day or leisure, where you can just be lethargic don’t have to think of productivity, just laze around and unwind. The no plans no work day. 2. Pamper yourself day, go for a spa, head oil massage, hair cut, pedicure or any beauty session, pamper yourself in whatever form you want let it be even shopping. 3. Date with your partner, you and your partner also need to bond and spend time take that one day in a month where y’all spend time with each other and go out. 4. Self analysis day, a day when you check on your vision, work on your vision board, journal your thoughts have a coffee alone. 5. Declutter, declutter stuff around your place, fill in the grocery, plan your calendar. (Self care for moms, moms self care, self love, fill your cup) ✨✨
