don’t form conclusions before looking at both sides of the picture ⬅️➡️ i used to believe a lot of the common myths about veganism too - that it was extreme, unrealistic, unhealthy, inconvenient… all of it. it was only when i started properly researching animal farming, nutrition, environmental impact and listening to why vegans felt so strongly in the first place, that my perspective started changing. and honestly, that’s the story for most vegans. no one wakes up one day and does this on a whim - it usually happens after learning information so revealing and confronting that looking away no longer feels justifiable. going vegan is one of the best decisions i’ve made, simply because i decided to take a peek behind the curtain of meat and dairy and see the full picture - awareness changes people more than judgment ever will. you don’t have to agree immediately - just be willing to look closer. and know that changing your mind for the right reasons isn’t weakness, it’s growth. #govegan . . . #vegangirl #veganfacts #vegan #perspective
