Was planning to just add as story but many request and queries came asking details so sharing as post. Tune in to your body, fuel it right, and eat mindfully 🤍 What I Eat in a Day 🍽️ 🌿Morning: A glass of warm water 🌿After 30 mins: Wakeup drink for the day - Turmeric water( can add a pinch of pepper powder too.) 🌿Breakfast: Raagi Idli, Sambar, boiled Egg white and Black coffee. 🌿Mid-meal: Blueberry Banana Dates and Flaxseeds Shake ( Recipe in highlights) 🌿Lunch: Quinoa Upma (Recipe in highlights), Boiled Egg white, sauteed mushrooms and Cucumber 🌿Snacks: Makhana, and assorted seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin sesame seeds etc.) one dates two walnuts Dinner: Mushroom Soup - Recipe in higlights ( Balanced Meal) Along with this I drink 10 glasses of water daily ( water intake as per body weight) and workout( 45 mins walk) too. you can check highlights too as I may not get time to post regularly.
