I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Exclusive Preview Dinner at the Thai Food Festival, @novotelbengaluruouterringroad and let me tell you, it was an absolute feast for the senses! From the moment I stepped into The Square at I was transported to the vibrant and exotic world of Thai cuisine. The ambiance was simply enchanting, with beautifully decorated tables and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel like I was in the heart of Thailand itself. the elegant Thai-inspired decor that adorned the restaurant. But the real star of the evening was, of course, the food. Executive Chef Patharawut Mungjit, all the way from Novotel Chian Mai Nimman Jurneyhub in Thailand, truly outdid himself. The delicacies he curated were nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, aromas, and textures that left me craving for more. From the tangy and refreshing Tom Yum soup to the perfectly spiced Pad Thai, every bite was a burst of authentic Thai goodness. The traditional curries, with their rich and complex flavors, transported me to the bustling streets of Bangkok. And let's not forget about the fragrant and flavorful jasmine rice that perfectly complemented every dish. To top it all off, the service was impeccable. The staff at The Square were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a truly memorable evening. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for Thai cuisine added an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole experience. Overall, the Thai Food Festival at @novotelbengaluruouterringroad was an absolute triumph. It was a celebration of Thai culture, flavors, and hospitality, and I feel truly lucky to have been a part of it.
