I decided to indulge in an Andhra-style Thaali. This wasnt my first experience, since I have been a regular patron ever since, I had the @nandhanapalace experience and I have been thoroughly enjoying the variety of dishes. Typically, due to limited capacity, It’s always an either or situation one must choose between vegetarian or non-vegetarian options and the delectable unlimited Thaali or biriyani. However, my food-loving companions @nitin.hajela @panfriedstyle & @purple_masalas and I decided to try everything, and together we conquered. (Dinner was a skip ☺️ I savored the delicious mutton soup, the Thaali with an extra serving of ghee, and a selection of starters, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The standout was the mouth-watering bamboo chicken, which was accompanied by a native Theatre of actually scooping the juicy succulent well cooked chicken in a bamboo. We concluded our meal with two delectable desserts. Andhra cuisine is known for its bold and spicy flavors, which are influenced by the state's coastal location and rich history. The region has a diverse food culture, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that feature a variety of meats and seafood, including mutton, chicken, fish, and prawns. The liberal use of spices, such as red chilies, cumin, coriander, and turmeric, gives Andhra cuisine its distinctive taste. Nandana, the restaurant I visited, has maintained high-quality standards for many years, earning a loyal following among foodies. They recently opened a new branch in Mahadevapura, which boasts a great ambiance, cleanliness, ample parking space, and courteous, hospitable staff. When in and around or if it happens to be the @nandhanapalace near you do try it out. I know people have their favourites and it’s really a personal choice but the fact that the quality standards have been maintained for these many years really trumps for me. #vibhareviews
