As a food enthusiast who loves the flavours of Bengal, I have some exciting news to share with you all. The renowned @courtyardbengaluruorr hotel, Is currently hosting "The Bengali Connect" food fest, oh do tell! Featuring a delectable selection of classic Bengali dishes, This fest is curated by the talented Chef Nandita, fulfilling all our wishes. Along with the Executive Chef Sajid, they bring to the table, A fusion of traditional and modern, it's simply commendable. This culinary extravaganza celebrates Kolkata's eclectic cuisine, From Basanti Pulao to Chicken Cutlet, each dish is an absolute dream. With Potoler Dolma, Shukto and Bhetki Paturi, This food fest is a must-visit, trust me, it's worth every penny. What's more, it's not just the flavours that impress, But also the presentation and the attention to detail, oh goodness! The chutneys like tomato, sweet, spicy and sour mango, Complement the dishes perfectly, and keep us on the go. I relished the comfort food that was served with love and care, And made sure to leave some room for dessert to spare. With Payesh and Rosogolla, my meal came to an end, And I couldn't wait to come back and enjoy this feast again.
