Honor introduced a concept “Robot Phone” at MWC 2026 alongside the Magic V6 and MagicPad 4. The device features a 200MP camera with an industry-first three-axis mechanical gimbal powered by a compact micro-motor system, enabling advanced stabilisation and robotic motion inside a smartphone. The camera supports AI subject tracking, SpinShot rotations for cinematic shots, and built-in AI video editing developed with ARRI. The module can also physically move during video calls or react to music and prompts. Honor says the Robot Phone will launch in China in the second half of the year, though the model shown at MWC remains a concept with final details yet to be confirmed.
