A Tesla dashcam captured a shocking scene in Oklahoma when a small plane crashed onto a highway during a training mission on October 23. The OA-1K Skyraider II aircraft from the Oklahoma National Guard suffered an engine failure, forcing the pilots to make an emergency landing.
