
That kadai chicken at Iftar… the whole kitchen smelling of masala… and Ammi calling out, “Sab table pe aa jao!” some memories just stay with you. I grew up waiting for that bold, spicy chicken fry served straight from the kadai. And honestly, I still crave that same taste. Today, I recreate it in my Vinod Platinum Triply SAS Pro Kadhai it gives me that perfect sear, juicy chicken, and rich masala, with less oil and full control. Every time I stir it, I’m taken right back to those warm Iftar evenings at home.
