Chicken Cheese Croquettes Ingredients details : 4 medium size potatoes boiled 350 gm Shredded chicken 2 Tbsp Plain flour Mint - Coriander leaves 2 Medium size chopped Onions 1 Tsp Chilli flakes 2 Tsp Chipotle sauce 1 Tsp Mustard sauce Salt as required ½ cup Cheese For Coating 2 Tbsp Cornflour with 2 Tbsp Water Panco breadcrumbs Oil for Shallow frying Cooking Process: Boil and mash 4 medium-sized potatoes. Add shredded chicken, chopped onions, plain flour, chilli flakes, chipotle sauce, mustard sauce, salt to taste, chopped mint and coriander leaves, and ½ cup grated cheese. Mix well until combined. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Shape into croquettes. Dip in cornflour slurry, coat with panko breadcrumbs. Shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
