Simple Curd Rice Recipe🥰 It’s great for your gut! And so easy to make on lazy or busy days! Definitely a comfort food! 🥰 Save the recipe! It’s my go to in the hostel! 1. Cook rice. You can even use leftover rice. You can also use quinoa/milllets. 2. Add your fav chopped veggies like cucumber, onions, tomatoes, carrots, boiled potatoes to curd. 3. Add some salt (maybe some black salt too), roasted cumin or roasted cumin powder to the curd. You can also add some red chilli flakes or powder. Even mint powder tastes yum. 4. Add this curd mix to your cooked rice (preferably cold) 5. Mix well. 6. For the garnish, add mustard seeds, lots of curry leaves to ghee (can also add green chillies and chopped ginger) and add it on top of your rice. 7. Mix and enjoy!
