Have you ever had Isaan style sausages or Sai Krok Isan? These are made by fermenting fresh minced fatty pork with steamed rice before smoking them. These I found near Impact arena (C5 impact region) at a small roadside stall for 2 baht apiece and they come with some raw cabbage and green chillies. Hands down, some of the best sausages I've had. Of course I had to drink some Coke ZERO Lemon (come on @cocacola_india please bring this here! It's the bomb!) and some snacks, too!
