Snail Mucin in skincare products??? Hear me out! If you can get past the ick factor, this is something you can easily fall in love with. Snail mucin contains chemicals like glycolic acid, peptides, Hyaluronic acid, glycosaminoglycans, allantoin, etc. It’s a fantastic hydrating ingredient, gives a healthy glow and keeps skin barrier in check. You can use it with any skincare ingredient. It is suitable for acne-prone skin and sensitive skin. Two of my favourite snail mucin products are: 1. Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 2. Cosrx Advanced Snail 92 All in One Cream Out of these two, I definitely prefer the essence; already repurchased it 4-5 times.
