The other day I had one of those stubborn pizza cravings that just wouldn’t go away. A friend had been going on about this place called Serious Slice, so I finally gave in. Started with this delicious burrata pizza and boy, did it hit the spot. The crust was airy with that perfect char, the sauce had a proper zing to it, and the burrata—creamy, silky, and melting into the base—just brought it all together. Did not expect it to go this hard… but yeah, now I get the hype. Pretty sure this is where I’m heading the next time the craving hits.
