
High-Protein Beetroot Paneer Kebabs A healthy, delicious snack that’s perfect for weight loss and guilt-free cravings! 🥕Ingredients • 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed) • 1 beetroot (grated & boiled) • 1 carrot (grated & boiled) • 1 onion (finely chopped) • ½ cup paneer (grated/crumbled) • 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) • 1tbs ginger garlic paste • 1 green chili (chopped) • Salt • Chilli powder • Dhaniya powder • Jeera powder • 2 tbsp besan (or sattu as an alternative) 👩🍳 Recipe 1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, grated beetroot, carrot, onion, paneer, coriander, ginger, and chili. 2. Add salt, spices, and sattu/besan powder. Combine well into a dough-like mix. 3. Shape into small patties/kebabs. 4. Add Cashew in the middle 5.
